Razors in the Night presents SCARY MOVIE (1991), directed by Daniel Erickson.
Taking place on Halloween night at a small town carnival, the film follows a young man whose night inside a haunted house slowly turns into a nightmare as rumors of an escaped killer begin to feel a little too real.
SCARY MOVIE is full of everything that makes this time of year so special. Crowded midways, homemade masks, dark haunted house corridors, flashing lights and that weird mix of excitement and uneasiness that comes with walking into a haunt for the first time every fall.
It’s a strange little early 90s horror movie that feels especially at home being watched on VHS, so that’s exactly how we’ll be presenting it.
We’ll also have a special spooky pre show before the movie with some fun surprises to help welcome in the Halloween and haunted house season.
